- Photo ID - All renters/drivers must be 21 or older
- Bathing suit, towels, sunglasses, sunscreen, water, and snacks. Be prepared for a Beautiful day on the River.
Our Process
- Renter(s) arrive at our River Sports Boat Rentals location in Lake Havasu City (690 N Lake Havasu, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403) 30 minutes prior to rental window (to complete paperwork, payment and vessel orientation). Completion of your Waiver online ahead of time will expedite launch.
- Renter(s) will then follow your Captain to our Windsor Park launch location, where you'll enter the boat and begin your day. NOTE: If you are dropped off, please have transportation arranged for time of rental return. Your Captain will help you load your belonging and have any prearranged amenities ready on the boat.
- At completion of Rental window, your Captain will return you to the dock and complete the return.
- Our goal for you to have a safe and enjoyable experience on the water and your Captain will be able to answer any questions and go over any concerns during your Charter.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- No Refunds will be given for cancellations made within 3 days (72hrs) of rental date/time (Severe Weather exceptions at the Company's sole discretion).
- Reservation deposits of $100/day are Non-Refundable.
- No Refund will be given due to the customer's late arrival for, or early return from, the rental. Rental rates are from the time window booked and not time used.
